Meet Our Franchisee: Stephan Rodriguez
Stephan Rodriguez has made a career out of serving others, predominantly in call centers for multiple brands. For 12 years, Stephan Rodriguez was director of the corporate call center for The Cleaning Authority’s corporate office. He later moved into a position of assistant manager at The Cleaning Authority’s franchise location in Columbia, MD.
“When The Cleaning Authority’s leadership team talked with me about becoming the assistant manager at the Columbia, MD office, I knew I wanted to stay with the brand and grow my career,” Stephan said. “From that experience, I learned the realities of managing a business first hand. I love to interact with customers and help them maintain their homes to be the best quality possible.”
In May, Stephan took his love of working with the brand even further by becoming a franchisee. Stephan, his partner, and their three dogs made the trek across country, moving from Maryland to Arizona, so he could become owner of the Southwest Valley location of The Cleaning Authority.
“I think I’m enamored with franchising more now than ever before. The Cleaning Authority’s system is very supportive and there is no unhealthy competition between our franchisees,” Stephan says. “As I have gotten more involved as a franchisee, I find that others are very willing to help me be successful.”
After being hesitant about the move, Stephan and his family are looking forward to building their life and business in the area. “Since arriving, I realized how beautiful it is here in Arizona and am really happy with the new office.”
