The Cleaning Authority continues to find amazing franchisees from all walks of life—we are happy to offer more flexible franchising options in order to find successful businesspeople in a variety of financial and professional backgrounds. With two market options, business ownership is now possible for even more people.

Hometown Market

Potential franchisees for the Cleaning Authority now have multiple investment options to choose from. Our newest option, known as the Hometown Market, allows franchisees to invest into a smaller market of homeowners—typically 15,000 to 29,000 homes. This provides a great deal of flexibility, as it allows entrepreneurs to focus on more isolated markets away from larger metropolitan areas. While these regions are not necessarily “small” towns, these markets are pretty self-contained—people will often live, work, and stay within the same area.

Enterprise Market

For the more aggressive or experienced entrepreneur, the Enterprise Market investment may provide the ability to build a large, thriving house cleaning franchise. These communities, which include between 30,000 and 60,000 households, are located within or on the border of large metropolitan areas. People will often live in one area while commuting to another, in contrast to our Hometown Market option. While this requires a larger initial investment, it also provides a higher potential return, as it’s a larger market size.
