Steps to Owning Your Franchise: The Right Fit for Both Parties

  1. STEP ONE: Express your interest. To begin, complete the Request More Information form or give one of our franchise developers a call directly at 888-706-3615.
  2. STEP TWO: Talk with a franchise development expert. This begins with an introductory conversation to help answer any preliminary questions you may have about financial qualifications, market availability, start-up timeframe, and training / support as well as other things that may be on your mind. From there, conversations will dive into customer acquisition, retention, and optimizing efficiencies in the business—all geared around helping you determine if The Cleaning Authority is the right fit for you.
  3. STEP THREE: Validate the opportunity with other franchise owners. Talking to other franchisees in the system is critical to understanding the opportunity and ROI that The Cleaning Authority offers. They've been down the road before and can help you determine if we are a good mutual match
  4. STEP FOUR: Attend a Discovery Day. At Discovery Day, you will see our systems with your own eyes. Technology, marketing, and business operations will all be reviewed more in-depth, and you will meet the support team that will be with you through your time with The Cleaning Authority. This is the time to ask anything and everything—Discovery Day should leave you with no unanswered questions about the brand.
  5. STEP FIVE: Sign a franchise agreement. We will provide you with our franchise agreement. Upon signing and paying your franchisee fee, you will officially be a part of The Cleaning Authority.
  6. STEP SIX: Attend initial training in Maryland. Your initial training at our corporate office lasts one week and a half. The first week is spent learning the business first hand with one of our local franchisees. The second week is spent in the classroom learning our technology and marketing tools, management best practices, employee training and management, and financials—all in preparation of your location’s openings.

Then, things really begin to get rolling! Following training, the operations team will work with you through site selection, hiring your first employees and preparing for your grand opening. Continued phone support happens on a weekly basis and an on-site support visit from your operations rep happens in your third month.
