Meet Our Franchisees: The Valderrama Family

Myrian Valderrama was born and raised in Venezuela. She earned a degree in administration before beginning a 23-year career with Pepsi in Venezuela, working in administration, sales, marketing, innovation and project management. When Myrian and her family began planning to move to the U.S., she suggested to her husband that she leave the corporate world behind to start their own business.

They moved to the Miami area just two months ago and are ready to open The Cleaning Authority in Miami. She will run the day-to-day operations of the business, managing and training a team committed to quality work in the community.

With plans to move to the U.S., Myrian was searching for a franchise concept to invest in for the family’s new life in America. She worked with a franchise consulting company called Globofran to explore her options, but after considering several franchise concepts, she felt that The Cleaning Authority was a natural fit with her management style and experience. She had a lot in common with current franchisees for the company and liked the corporate team and all the support they offered the franchisees. What cemented the deal was The Cleaning Authority’s advanced technology system that allows you to closely track your jobs and staff.

Myrian enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, travelling, photography and soccer – especially if her sons are playing!
