Meet our Franchisee: Marc Palmese

After a successful career in accounting for nearly 20 years, Marc Palmese was offered a job transfer. “My job was being transferred to either Orlando or Tulsa, so I decided to decline the transfer and spend the summer with my children. When I started interviewing for new jobs, I realized that the corporate world no longer fit my lifestyle,” he said.

Marc turned to franchising as a way to put his family first and become his own boss. He considered franchising for many years and chose The Cleaning Authority as a way to run a business that has a strong and proven system in place to help him succeed. “I knew I wanted to own and manage my own business, and since I don’t have experience with sales or marketing, franchising allowed me to enter an industry with an already established system to which I can add my communications and operations skills, “Marc said.

Outside of the office, Palmese is active in his community through involvement with youth sports that his kids play for local teams. Marc is motivated to tackle this new venture because of his desire to manage his own business and serve his local community through The Cleaning Authority’s supportive system.
