Meet our Franchisee: Len Camporeale

After 25 years working at Henry Schien, Inc.'s headquarters in Melville, N.Y. as a medical supply distributor, Len Camporeale is opening his own business with The Cleaning Authority. His previous career took him all over the world, including 10 years in England with his family, before he returned home to the Nassau County area. But Len was always interested in going into business for himself to provide a service that could enrich the lives of his Nassau neighbors.

“There were two things that jumped out to me that got me really excited about becoming a franchisee: I always wanted to become a small business owner and even though I’d become an entrepreneur, I still wanted to be a part of a larger team with a support group,” Len said.

After doing research on franchise opportunities in the area, Len landed on The Cleaning Authority and found it really matched a lot of the priorities he was looking for in a franchisor.

As he starts his new business, Len plans to reserve one day during the business week for his work with the Interfaith Nutrition Network (INN) on Long Island. They help the homeless in the area eat and find clothes and acts as an emergency center, as well. He hopes to find ways for his office to get involved as soon as possible.

While Len is new to the cleaning industry, he is excited to help others improve his customer’s quality of life.

    Tom who has degrees in IT, Cyber Security, and Business, and Sherry who works in customer support in the real estate industry, decided they were ready for a new challenge. “We’ve been wanting to own our own business for quite a long time,” Sherry said. “After looking at a number of other businesses, we decided to start doing due diligence on The Cleaning Authority.”
