Meet the Franchisee: Carolina & Eduardo Lemos

Carolina and Eduardo Lemos are bringing international business experience to their newest endeavor with The Cleaning Authority. After living in Brazil for many years, the couple decided to move to the United States and pursue small business ownership. Eduardo held a longtime career with Whirlpool. Carolina was an architect and became a translator when they moved to the U.S.

Starting a business for the first time in a new country, the couple wanted the structural support of a franchise to ensure that they followed the start-up processes correctly. “We were interested in investing in a U.S. based business, and found out about an opportunity with The Cleaning Authority through a franchise broker,” Carolina said. “We had been clients of the brand when we lived in Michigan for a short time several years ago and remembered the high quality service.”

They selected the brand because they felt it would provide a strong and reliable system to help them succeed.

Carolina and Eduardo are feeling confident as they bring The Cleaning Authority to West Columbia. “As both a couple who has known each other since we were 19 and business partners, we trust each other’s strengths to make the business successful,” Eduardo said.
