Meet the Franchisee: Lindsay and David Penagos

Lindsey and David Penagos are Venezuelan natives embarking on a new journey with The Cleaning Authority. The duo met nearly 20 years ago in high school and got married in 2013.

David has an MBA in mechanical engineering and experience working at the local Regional brewery, Cenax, Pepsi Co., and owning his own business that sold heavy duty mechanics for trucks. Lindsey has experience working at a retail bank and for Telefonica. She is currently working to complete her master’s degree.

“With two properties in Venezuela, we started looking abroad for future business opportunities and ran into a broker company that proposed several choices,” David said. “We liked the idea of moving to another company that already had set in stone operations. We have familiarity with the business world, not exactly the same as the franchise system, but we’re confident that the similarities as far as management and operations will help us succeed.”

Lindsey and David looked into multiple opportunities before choosing The Cleaning Authority. The many positive reviews they heard of the company along with The Cleaning Authority’s hospitality and impeccable business model influenced their decision.

The couple is eager to begin a new chapter of their lives, providing high-quality cleaning services to the people of their community.
