Meet the Franchisee: Dennis & Jamie Shepard

Dennis and Jamie Shepard are going into business with The Cleaning Authority with previous franchise experience under their belt. Jamie previously owned a Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchise while Dennis has a background in Marketing.

When looking into franchising with The Cleaning Authority, they were immediately attracted to the proven system and opportunity for profitability. “The brand’s Detail Clean Rotation System creates a great point of differentiation for the company,” Jamie said. “Financially, the brand provides a great opportunity to make higher profits than other brands because of the recurring revenue. We see a lot of opportunity to provide jobs to locals in the community and work with our employees to build a successful career.”

Dennis and Jamie were involved with the Ronald McDonald House by providing all of the house’s plumbing needs for free through Mr. Rooter. “We’d love to continue to be involved with that organization and any other groups that help local kids in the area,” Dennis said.

Outside of their business ownership, the couple was previously foster parents and has recently adopted a child of their own. Dennis and Jamie are looking forward to serving the York area.
