The Braisher family has mounted their legacy at Randall University in Moore,
OK., being the only family to have four generations attend the school.
And now, Tony Braisher, the third generation to attend Randall, is creating
his own legacy by opening up The Cleaning Authority of Norman.
After more than 20 years of experience working with Cintas, Tony was looking
for a shift in his career path that would allow him more control of his
work. “I needed something new and a different challenge; something
I could call my own and build for my family. When I left my job, I wasn’t
looking at franchising, per se, I just needed a change,” Tony said.
A former coworker told him about FranNet and that’s when he began
to seriously consider franchising for himself and his family.
When Tony discovered The Cleaning Authority, he found it to be very similar
to previous jobs, except this time he was in charge and could call the
shots. “I liked the
business model and company structure, so it was a perfect match,” he said.
Tony realized quickly that his son Jake, who is studying business management
at Randall University, could also benefit greatly from his business. Tony
recalls, “While I was having these introductory phone calls with
the corporate team, my son was in the room the whole time and I could
tell he was developing an interest in the business, too.”
The Braishers are very active in their local church and hope to use the
business to donate cleanings to other church members in need.
The family is looking forward to launching the company together and providing
service to their community. “It is exciting to realize that at 47,
I can create something for my wife, my son and his future family.”
