Meet Our Franchisee: Ameet Kotak

After an extensive career in both accounting and corporate training, Ameet Kotak has opened a franchise of The Cleaning Authority covering the Western suburbs of Chicago. “I worked for more than 20 years in corporate America at global Fortune 500 companies across various industries,” Ameet said. “After building my professional career, I sought to apply all of my experience to lead a business of my own.”

Ameet began by looking into resale opportunities of one of The Cleaning Authority’s local offices and learned more about the unique value it brings to the community. “I was also drawn to the company's employee-centered approach, which offers a long-term career path based on performance, teamwork, and completion of rigorous training and certifications.”

Ultimately, Ameet decided to open a new territory to bring The Cleaning Authority to a new base of customers. As a family man with two girls, Ameet immediately saw the value that The Cleaning Authority’s service could provide for busy homeowners. “A residential cleaning service enables people to spend more time doing what they enjoy and to live the mantra of The Cleaning Authority: ‘Life's too short to clean your own home,’” Ameet said.

Ameet’s office will be in Elmhurst, and his territory serves areas including Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, La Grange, Downers Grove, Westmont, Villa Park, and Lisle. “I live, shop, and spend time with family and friends in many parts of my territory,” Ameet said. “If residents in these communities are like me, cleaning their home can feel like a full time job.”

Ameet is looking forward to serving the communities in The Cleaning Authority of Elmhurst’s territory to help make their life a little easier and to provide them with more free time to enjoy their families and friends.
