Meet our Franchisee: Lisa Greenlee

Seattle area native Lisa Greenlee brings decades of management experience to her newest venture with The Cleaning Authority. Lisa worked for a High-Tech software company, Tecplot, Inc. for 18 years in multiple management roles and also held management roles for a home care company, orthodontic office and Nordstrom retail store. “I have always loved the business of business and decided to look into ways to run my own,” Lisa said.

Lisa worked with a FranNet consultant who connected her with The Cleaning Authority location in Bellevue, which was being sold. She liked that The Cleaning Authority had a very prescribed and organized model that is proven to make franchisees successful if it is followed.

“I have learned a lot about how day-to-day operations work and that at the end of the day, it is your own business to make successful,” Lisa said. “One of my personal passions is growing employees to do, learn, and be more. I look forward to building our team and supporting employees to learn more about business in the process.”

Lisa believes the location of her office will be very successful as the greater Bellevue and Seattle areas continue to grow. “There is a tremendous opportunity for business growth. There has also been a spike in the number of residential buildings in the area,” she said. “As people build more disposable income, they want to spend time doing things besides cleaning their homes, so the business continues to be a great fit for the demographic.”

Lisa is looking forward to growing her business and helping her employees through this opportunity.
