Meet Our Franchisees: Jennifer Sidenstecker

The Cleaning Authority Franchise Owner: Jennifer Sidenstecker

Prior to owning her franchise in Henderson, NV with The Cleaning Authority, Jennifer ran a doctor’s office for twenty years. When the doctor that she was working for retired, she had to choose what she wanted to do next. After deciding that she wanted to look into purchasing a franchise, Jennifer began her search with nearly thirty five different companies. While Jennifer came close to purchasing a franchise with two different companies, she changed her mind last minute and decided to keep looking. She saw an ad for The Cleaning Authority, and it caught her eye.

“I had been working with a career coach and she suggested a cleaning company as one of the things that I should consider,” Jennifer said.

She did research into a few cleaning companies, and ended up choosing The Cleaning Authority. “I think that the ability to provide the Detail-Clean Rotation System really sets it apart,” Jennifer said of her decision to choose The Cleaning Authority.

The Cleaning Authority really stood out to her against the other options because of the business model and extensive franchisee support. Jennifer felt having that extra help from experienced professionals can make a huge difference when beginning a new business venture, especially in the potential success of the business.

“Some of the other businesses that I went through discovery with, it just seemed to me that after you made your purchase, paid your initial fee, you were—I don’t want to say on your own, but you were really kind of just expected to make it happen,” she said.

Jennifer is excited about the strong potential for market growth in Henderson because of the recent arrival of the Las Vegas Golden Knights, paired with the commitment of the Raiders and a professional women’s basketball team. She hopes that this will draw people in to the city, creating a prosperous market, “I’m thinking that it’s just going to be a great place for any sort of business right now,” she said.
