Funds Advised by Apax Partners Acquire Authority Brands

Parent company to The Cleaning Authority, Authority Brands, was purchased by funds advised by Apax Partners. The acquisition by the Apax Funds will help The Cleaning Authority, along with other franchises owned by Authority Brands, with continued investments in marketing, technology, and personnel to provide business owners with the best systems and support.
