Meet our Franchisees: Brent and Amy Hoyt

With his experience owning three previous businesses, Brent Hoyt and his wife Amy Hoyt are looking forwarding to going into business together, purchasing The Cleaning Authority of Cumming. “I enjoy working hard for myself and the fact my success is on me and not somebody else. It was time to step back out,” Brent said.

Brent comes from a background in the medical device industry, while Amy previously worked in radiography, holding position as an x-ray technologist, then a CT technologist. She also has experience working as a receptionist and administrative assistant.

The couple researched a handful of franchise options before ultimately choosing The Cleaning Authority. “We were impressed with the software, database, and support system,” Amy said. “The Cleaning Authority has really thought of everything. Some other franchises that we looked at seemed as though they still needed to work out their kinks.”

During their research, Brent spoke with many current franchisees and recalls, “When I called other franchisees, they had nothing but positive to say about the system and The Cleaning Authority itself.” The couple was also impressed that many members of the corporate staff are current franchise owners. “They can relate to what we’re going through now as a new franchisee,” Amy said.

Brent and Amy were also happy to find a pre-existing office of The Cleaning Authority for sale in their area. They see great potential for growth in the area where they live to grow the business even larger, and are looking forward to their next business venture.
