Meet our Franchisee: Vuong Dinh

Vuong Dinh is excited to be pursue his next business venture by opening The Cleaning Authority of Orland Park.

Vuong joined the army at the age of 18 and served for four years in the Tanker Armor Infantry, which included a year in Iraq. He left the Army to pursue an education and attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he studied finance with a minor in business analytics. “After that, I worked in Investment Operations at Northern Trust, which is a bank that services affluent individuals,” Vuong said. “Additionally, I’ve done work as an Options Trader and co-owned a business called First Gen Properties, renting to college students.”

While working at the bank, Vuong started to realize that he really wanted to own his own business and really venture out to see what he could do for himself. He worked with a franchise consultant to explore opportunities. He had three franchises that he went through the discovery process with, and ultimately from those three chose The Cleaning Authority. “I appreciated that during the Discovery process, it didn’t feel like The Cleaning Authority was coming in trying to sell me something,” Vuong said. “That was out of the ordinary from what I saw elsewhere. I also liked that The Cleaning Authority is environmentally conscious.”

Vuong believes that the Orland Park area will be a good location to grow his office because there are a good pool of applicants and customers in the area. He thinks that his customers will greatly benefit from the Detail-Clean Rotation System as well as the use of environmentally friendly products.

He is excited to help the community in Orland Park receive more time back in their day with professional cleaning services by The Cleaning Authority.
