Hometown Market

Our newest option allows franchisees to invest in a smaller market of prospective clients. The average size of this market is typically between 15,000 and 29,000 homes. The ability to focus on a smaller market provides owners more flexibility than larger metropolitan areas. This option requires a more minimal investment and is great for new entrepreneurs.

This option is great for the more experienced and aggressive entrepreneur. They provide the owner with the ability to build a large, thriving house cleaning franchise. The general size of these markets is between 30,000 and 60,000 households and they are often located in or on the outskirts of major metropolitan areas. Though they require larger initial investment, they also provide a larger opportunity.
